Victorian Winner of the Simpson History Prize

We would like to congratulate Tharushi in Year 11 for being named the Victorian winner of the prestigious Simpson Prize History Essay.

Her essay involved an evaluation  of the impact of WWI on Australia after 1919  and required the analysis and sophisticated use of source material in all submissions.

It is a truly remarkable achievement!

Tharushi has won a trip to Parliament House, Canberra in March, followed  by a 14 day tour of the Western Front (France, Belgium and the UK), where she will be present for the official Anzac Day ceremonies

We wish her all the best as she represents PLC and Australia on the world stage!
