Boarding House Captains and Committee
Boarders elect their Boarding House Captains and Committee each year from a cohort of Year 10 and Year 11 girls.
The Committee liaises with the Heads of Boarding to support younger students, maintain morale and organise special events.
Audrey - Year 12
"One of the best things about being a boarder is being surrounded by such an amazing community of girls and staff. I have made many close friends, whilst also being constantly supported by the wonderful staff in the boarding house. This sense of belonging has allowed me to take on the endless opportunities at PLC and truly make the most of my time here. I am so grateful to be part of such a special community and will definitely miss it when I finish Year 12!"
Ilona - Year 12
"Being a Boarder at PLC has made a difference to me physically and in how I organise my life. The staff are very kind and helpful. There are so many unique opportunities at PLC and specifically the Boarding House, to learn how to be independent, make coffee, clean up after yourself to name a few. The friends I've made are ones who will be hard to forget as will this experience be".
