Temp EA / Administrators
PLC is a leading ELC to Year 12 Christian independent day and boarding school with a focus on the development of the whole person that includes an outstanding academic tradition, an international outlook and strong pastoral and co-curricular programs.
PLC invites expressions of interest for Temp EA / Administrators, who would be available for ad hoc work assignments across the College.
Assignments may vary in length, and because of this, we need candidates who can be contacted with limited notice to call upon as an opportunity arises.
We are seeking experienced, high-quality administrators, with EA experience, who can confidently provide direct support to senior leaders with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
You are someone with a calm, flexible, positive disposition, who is able to build and nurture positive relationships with our executives and senior leaders.
You will have sound IT skills, preferably with Mac computers. You will have experience across the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), diary / calendar management, Google Drives and database administration.
You will have exceptional written and oral communication skills, strong organisational and time management skills, and a commitment to discretion and maintenance of confidentiality.
