The Talent and Recruitment Coordinator / Assistant to the Director of People & Culture (P&C) is a full-time, ongoing role.
Whilst ideally this role is 5 days on-site, we are open to discussing flexibility around this.
You will join a friendly and purpose-driven People & Culture Team, in a role that offers plenty of variety and challenge.
The incumbent will primarily provide recruitment support for the Talent & Recruitment Lead (0.6 FTE), as well as assisting the Director of P&C with day-to-day administration, workflow and calendar management (0.4 FTE).
You work smart, but also work with a smile – because that is what our team culture is about.
You will have HR background or previous experience in end-to-end recruitment process, understanding each phase of the recruitment process, from requisition through to candidate placement.
You will also have the skills to confidently provide administrative support to our Director of P&C.
We are seeking an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and nurture positive stakeholder relationships.
