An Afternoon of Connection, Community & Cartier
The PLC Foundation was delighted to welcome 50 guests for a wonderful afternoon of connection, community and Cartier at the NGV Melbourne Winter Masterpieces event on Saturday 25 July.
As one of the Foundation's most anticipated annual gatherings, the event brought together Foundation members, parents, old collegians, students and friends. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make this special occasion such a success.
The afternoon began with lunch at Commune Wine Southbank, where guests enjoyed modern Australian cuisine overlooking the Yarra River. The beautiful setting provided the perfect opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces and connect with new members of the PLC community. A fun Cartier-themed trivia quiz sparked plenty of laughter and friendly competition before guests made their way to the National Gallery of Victoria to experience the spectacular CARTIER exhibition.
Featuring almost 400 extraordinary jewels, timepieces and precious objects, the exhibition celebrated more than a century of exceptional craftsmanship, creativity and design, which guests described as breathtaking.
Events like these are a wonderful reminder of the strength of the PLC Foundation community. Beyond enjoying a gathering, they provide an opportunity to foster meaningful connections and thank those whose generosity and ongoing support continue to enrich the life of PLC girls.
