Parent groups
Partners in learning and community
Parents are key members of the PLC family. As well as actively supporting their daughters’ education, our parents help create a welcoming and connected PLC community.
Opportunities to be involved
Through volunteering, participating in events (Mother’s and Father’s Day breakfasts, House concerts, student dinners, sports carnivals and music events) and fundraising, PLC parents make an invaluable contribution to the life of the College.
PLC Parent Groups
Parents are warmly encouraged to join a PLC Parent Group. Being part of one of these groups is a wonderful way to meet other parents and support your daughter’s PLC experience. Our Parent Groups include:
- Friends of Senior School
- Friends of Junior School
- Friends of Music
- Friends of Rowing
- PLC Prayer Community
- Boarding Parents
Parent Groups organise and manage diverse social and fundraising events and activities. All parents, guardians and grandparents are welcome to get involved in a Parent Group.
