PLC’s five-year Strategic Plan will bring a host of projects to light and we are currently expanding our ICT team to support our exciting future.
This full-time, ongoing opportunity will see you responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of the College’s ICT change management and project plan.
Acting as an advocate, the incumbent will analyse the stakeholder experience, raise issues with the project team and build strategies with the ICT Team to mitigate adverse effects.
The Organisational Change Lead (ICT) will also have a key role in designing and facilitating stakeholder training through a tailored approach.
You will hold a relevant qualification and / or have demonstrated experience as an ICT change specialist, or you might even be an educator in the ICT & Digital Learning space who is interested in applying your skills in ICT change management.
You have a passion for stakeholder engagement, and the skills to work positively and proactively with teachers, leadership, students and the wider PLC community.
