Artistic swimming
Is artistic swimming right for you?
Artistic swimming isn’t just for elite athletes — it's for anyone who loves water, movement, and creativity. It’s especially suited to those with a passion for:
In order to join our squad program, swimmers need to have a solid swimming foundation. You should feel comfortable in deep water and already be able to:

These prerequisites ensure you’re ready to train safely and grow your technique effectively.
What you’ll gain
By joining our artistic swim team, you will:
- Develop strength, flexibility, and endurance. Artistic swimmers are among the fittest athletes.
- Build mental agility: routines require memorisation, coordination, and a strong mind-body connection.
- Boost confidence, teamwork, and communication through group routines and performance.
- Express yourself creatively through choreography, music, and performance.
Our holiday program
We run four day “Introduction to Artistic Swimming” programs during school breaks (January, April, July, and September).
In these sessions, beginners will learn:
- Sculling and eggbeater technique
- Treading water and stability
- Synchro shapes (figures)
- Putting skills together to create a short routine
These holiday classes are a perfect way to try out the sport before committing to a squad.
