A huge congratulations to PLC Old Collegian Kishwar Chowdhury (2000) for making this year's Grand Final of MasterChef Australia. 

Over the last 3 months she has been an inspiration to watch as she has brought her home cooking to the fore with recipes inspired by her Bangladeshi heritage. 

This included Bengali dishes of Hariyali chicken, Bengali Khichuri with Begun Bharta and Bengali Patties. 

Graduating from Monash University with a bachelor's degree in commerce and going on to a post-graduate degree in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts in London, Kishwar is hoping to write a cookbook with Bangladeshi food and flavours.

We wish her all the best for the future and look forweard to seeing her back at PLC and inspiring the next generation to follow their dreams!
