The Year 7 area came alive last week as students performed their drama festival plays. Year 7 classes worked collaboratively, with guidance from their English teachers, to create a play based on a myth or legend. With every student involved, they took control of all aspects of production from scriptwriting to directing, acting, choreography, props, costumes, music and running the AV. The performances involved laughter, pathos, drama and much fun and excitement. Head of Drama, Cath Garrett, provided helpful feedback and encouragement at the conclusion of the event. Well done to all the girls.
