Old Collegians and Engineers Inspire Girls with Career Insights and Empowering Strategies

We welcomed back Old Collegians, Rachelle Tannhauser (2013), Amy Leong (2006) and Kalpana Ramani (2003), to share their fascinating insights on their career journeys in psychology, law and IT and digital communication, with Year 11 and Year 12 girls. Two structural engineers, Sam Little and Sanduni De Mel, from the Mott MacDonald engineering company, also spoke to the students about the diverse and meaningful careers available to women in the STEM field. In their frank and encouraging talks, all the speakers motivated the students to be versatile, resilient and to ask for help to further their study and career goals. We thank them all for the inspiring and practical strategies they gave the students in making their own future career choices.
