Celebrating the PLC Literature Festival this week, it was a privilege to have the illustrator, Serena Geddes as our Keynote Speaker, unveiling the deconstruction of the picture book “Rosie and Rasmus”. She shared about how the book came together from the initial inspiration, structure and sketches of the storyboard. Many students were inspired by her and developed interests in art and illustration. Serena also created 8 unique, life-sized characters for the College to represent each genre. From Adventure to Humour, Senior School Students have the exciting opportunity to name each character by this Friday to win some wonderful prizes.
