At our Foundation Day Assembly this week, PLC Old Collegian Kim Low (1978) shared her reflections on her education, the life she’d built upon her ‘PLC foundations’ and how recent events lead to her fulfilling a childhood dream ‘to work with wild animals in wild places."

Kim is Co-founder of Partnerships For Protection which raises money to support grassroots conservation projects in Sumatra, Indonesia.

As the recipient of last year’s Women Out There Fellowship she received seed funding to establish a new ranger program to protect a biodiversity hotspot in North Sumatra.
