Boarding House Residential Supervisors (Live-In) - Closes 22 November
The successful applicants will be interested and involved in student learning, and will be familiar with the needs of teenage girls. Strong interpersonal skills are required for this position, and due to the nature of a boarding community, applicants will be required to work rostered shifts including overnight, during the week and over the weekend.
A wonderful opportunity exists to form relationships and be involved in the care and daily lives of many girls from a variety of backgrounds.
The Boarding House Supervisors will be encouraged to develop a happy and positive relationship with the girls, to provide pastoral care and look after their general wellbeing, to direct, assist and support the girls in their studies, will work to build and encourage a strong community with the Boarding House and provide basic day-to-day care for the girls in the Boarding House.
The Boarding House Supervisors will be expected to work according to a 7-day roster rotation during each term including three sleepovers per week. They will be expected at all times to act in a professional manner, keeping all things confidential, and will instruct and direct casual staff in tasks as needed.
