Risk, Policy and Compliance Officer

The Role

A great opportunity to be part of a small, purpose-driven and friendly team, in a role that combines administrative and hands-on support to staff across the College.

This is a part time (0.6 FTE) ongoing role, with days to be negotiated with the successful candidate.

Working under the direction of the Risk Policy and Compliance Manager, the incumbent will have primary responsibility for maintaining PLC’s policy content, administering and reporting on online compliance training, and maintaining PLC’s compliance and incident management platform.

About You

Ideally, you will have a suitable qualification or experience in a similar role. You understand the importance of policy and risk management and staff training, in creating and maintaining a strong governance culture.

This role will allow you to work independently, and also the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic group of staff across the College. Your warm, approachable nature and your ability to remain calm under pressure, are qualities that will work favourably in this role.

You have sound computer skills, you are good at creating processes to ensure efficiencies in your work day, and your attention to detail is second to none.
