Assistant to the Director of People & Culture (part-time)

The Role
 
The Assistant to the Director of People & Culture (P&C) is a part-time, permanent role (2 days per week). 

Joining a friendly, supportive and purpose-driven People & Culture Team, the incumbent will assist the Director of People & Culture with day-to-day administration, workflow and calendar management duties, as well as ad hoc project work.
 
About You
 
You work smart, and also work with a smile – because that is what our team culture is about !
 
You will have an administration qualification and / or sound experience supporting Managers, in an administrative capacity.

Exposure to HR would be well regarded.

We are seeking an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build and nurture positive stakeholder relationships.

You will understand how to create processes and efficiencies in your work practises, you have high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
